Strigo Vineyards is our developing expression of food, wine, farming, residence, and vineyard. Ana Maria and I have been working on all parts of this project for nearly 5 years now. Like any personal project and expression, things change and develop with time and experience.
We opened our restaurant just as COVID was getting warmed up. One might say this was not the best time to open a business. Well, it was our time and we did it and we are proud of this accomplishment and what the future may hold for Strigo. We’ve been blessed to work with a host of good people from the original farm owners, to our contractors, to local farmers and planters, our Chef and Service Manager, our Vineyard Manager, our family friends and kids, and on and on. A project like this is always about people coming together to forge success and develop ideas.
